Zenit is a cloud software subscription used through browsers and mobile apps. This page describes activation and refunds for business or professional customers established in Türkiye. See the B2B Subscription Order Terms for full details.
1. Free trial
New companies receive a seven-day free trial. No card is requested and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Without a subscription, the account remains read-only for 60 days: data may be viewed and exported but not changed. Deletion reminders are sent 7 days and 1 day in advance.
2. Paid activation
Price calculations and request buttons on the website or in the application are not binding orders. Once Customer accepts Zenit's written order confirmation and payment is confirmed, service is activated within one business day. Zenit has contracted with iyzico; card checkout will be enabled after the website and production review is complete. Bank transfer is available in the meantime. The invoice is sent to the notified electronic address using the legally required method.
3. Renewal and export
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. If not renewed, service closes at the end of the paid term. Customer may export data for 30 days after the end. Service data with no statutory retention requirement is then deleted; backup copies expire through the ordinary backup cycle.
4. Refunds

| Addition during a term | Priced for the remaining days; a reduction takes effect in the next term. |
| Availability target missed | The 99.5% target in the Terms is not an SLA or service-credit promise and creates no automatic refund; mandatory rights remain. |
Zenit does not offer online sales to consumers. If mandatory law nevertheless treats a transaction as a consumer transaction, this notice does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
