Prices are per month when paid yearly and exclude VAT; paying month by month costs 20% more. At least 2 users, and at least 10 employees for Human Resources. Contracts are currently available only to business and professional customers established in Türkiye.

If you start with one app, you can add any of these whenever you like.
Payment and billing
- Our contracted iyzico checkout will accept card payments once the website and production review is complete; bank transfer is available in the meantime.
- Prepaid monthly or yearly; a yearly period costs 10 months.
- Apps, users and employees added during a period are billed only for the days left.
- No automatic renewal: we remind you before the period ends; if you do not renew, you have 30 days to export your data.

Who counts as a user?
Everyone who works in the office apps: the owner, admins and colleagues whose role reaches an office app such as Warehouse, CRM or Invoicing. Employees who use Zenit only for leave, expenses, payslips and mobile check-in are not users; the Human Resources price per employee covers them.
Can I add apps later?
Yes. Apps, users or employees you add become available at once, and you pay only the difference for the days left in the period. Removing apps or lowering quantities takes effect in the next period.
How does my accountant work with it?
The Invoicing app prepares a monthly hand-over package for your accountant. With the Accounting app, entries, the trial balance and the e-Ledger package live inside Zenit.
Is there automatic renewal?
No. You pay monthly or annually in advance. We remind you before the term ends; if you do not renew, service closes at the end of the term and your data remains exportable for 30 days.
What happens during the trial?
New companies use every app free for seven days, with no card required. When the trial ends, choose your apps and pay to carry on.
