2. Customer and scope
ZenitERP is offered only to natural or legal persons established in Türkiye and acting for business or professional purposes. The person submitting a request confirms authority to represent the customer company. No consumer contract or consumer-facing online sale is offered.
The Service is a cloud software subscription used through a web browser and mobile apps; no physical product is delivered. App scope and use rules are in the Terms of Service.
3. Quotation and contract formation
Website prices are for information. A request calculated from the selected apps, users and active employees is sent to Zenit. Zenit then issues a written order confirmation stating scope, term, VAT, total price, payment account, start date and any special terms. The agreement is formed when Customer accepts that confirmation; no payment obligation arises before then.
4. Payment, invoice and activation
The current payment method is bank transfer to the account stated in the written order confirmation. Zenit has contracted with iyzico; card checkout will be enabled after the website and production review is complete, and full card data will then be processed on iyzico's hosted page without reaching Zenit. Service is activated within one business day after payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. The invoice is delivered to the e-mail address or electronic channel notified by Customer using the method required by law. Zenit's in-app e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye submission functions remain unavailable until a GİB-authorised integrator is enabled.
5. Term, renewal and refunds
Subscriptions are monthly or annual, prepaid and do not renew automatically. Apps, users and employees added during a term are priced for the remaining days; reductions take effect in the next term. Started terms are non-refundable and carry no unused-time credit. A verified duplicate or erroneous payment is returned through the original payment channel within 14 days.
Service ends with the paid term if not renewed. Customer may export data for 30 days after the end; service data with no statutory retention requirement is then deleted.
6. Law and effect
Turkish law applies. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction between merchants, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. These Terms accompany the written order confirmation and take effect when Customer accepts it. The Turkish version governs; this translation is provided for information.
