Data and purposes
Name, company name, e-mail, phone and account data are used to create the account, verify identity, provide support and perform the agreement. IP, device, session and audit records are used for security and misuse prevention. Quotation, order and invoice information is used for contracting, accounting and tax obligations. Data is collected directly from you, your device and your actions in the service by automated or partly automated means.
The KVKK Article 5(2) bases are entering into or performing a contract, legal obligation, establishment or defence of rights, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Special-category data is processed only under an applicable KVKK Article 6 condition.
Disclosure, retention and rights
Data may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to authorised personnel, the accountant, competent authorities and technical providers needed to operate the service. No transfer outside Türkiye takes place without an Article 9 condition and safeguard. Retention periods are stated in the Privacy Policy.

For data entered into ZenitERP by a customer company, that company is controller and should receive the request first.
